I’ve been involved with clothes and fashion for many years and realised that even though we can spend a lot of money on clothes they don’t necessarily relate to how we really value ourselves or how we feel inside. Research shows that 93% of the first impression we make is based on our appearance and how we present ourselves.  This unfair and sometimes unjust assumption prompted me to start my own business in an effort to to help people feel good about themselves.

Wearing the clothes that feel right and look good does boost confidence and self-esteem. Discovering your body image is not about being body beautiful but about feeling good about yourself. The clothes that suit your shape and lifestyle and that make you feel confident and attractive are the right clothes for you.

I am an affiliated member of the Federation of Image Consultants.  This trade association exists to regulate standards and promote the services and products of qualified Image Consultants in the U.K.
